STAFF – Raquel Reichard, News Writer/Reporter

Raquel Reichard is a New York City native who is currently studying at the University of Central Florida.   She’s a journalism major with a double minor in political science and women’s studies.   She is a member of the communications honor fraternity Lambda Pi Eta. Raquel is a contributing writer for the Central Florida Future and the vice president of UCF’s chapter of Ed2010, an international organization directed at helping young magazine editors and writers break into the journalism business. Raquel enjoys singing, writing and discussing topics of social injustice, particularly in the joint context of race and gender.
