House Republicans have filed a lawsuit against President Barack Obama’s executive orders on healthcare, Speaker of the House John Boehner announced Friday morning. Boehner stated that the use of executive orders, as opposed to bills passed through Congress is unconstitutional. Boehner also commented on Obama’s actions on immigration Friday, but had made no announcement concerning those orders. He said he would not “stand idle while the President undermines the rule of law.”
