Justin Bieber cited for speeding

Singer Justin Bieber was pulled over and cited for speeding on Friday. According to an E! News report, the 18-year-old music sensation was going over 100 miles per hour in his Fisker Karma sports car on the 101 freeway in the San Fernando, Cal. The “Baby” and “Boyfriend” singer claimed that he was evading paparazzi, though authorities have not confirmed whether photographers were involved in the incident. Los Angeles City Councilman Dennis Zine who called 911 after observing the incident said, “it was a very dangerous, chaotic situation … I was driving 60 to 65 miles per hour. When he passed me, he was…driving in a careless, reckless fashion.”
