$1.3M worth of meds stolen from military hospitals

Three men received indictments for allegedly thieving prescription medications from two military hospital locations.

The alleged robbers have been identified as 42-year-old Rodger Gurdon, 39-year-old Daniel Wilkerson and 60-year-old Issa Koroma.

Prosecutors reported that, Koroma and Gurdon were pharmacy techs at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. Koroma allegedly stole Norditropin and Botox from Walter Reed and sold them to Gurdon. In turn, Gurdon stole Norditropin, which he sold to Wilkerson.  The transactions totaled $1.3 million dollars in stolen drugs.

There were a total of five indictments handed down Monday.
