Man using snow blower killed after hit-and-run

A Harford County man using a snow blower near his home was killed after being struck by a car. The victim was 44-year-old Christian Widomsky of Fallston, Maryland. Widomsky was walking behind a snow blower around 7:00 p.m. Thursday, when a Jeep Cherokee hit him and fled. Widomsky was transported to Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Witnesses told police that the Jeep lost control prior to hitting Widomsky. The Jeep was described as dark in color, with flared fenders and a silver push bumper. Police don’t have a description of the driver. A major winter storm dumped about seven inches of snow in the Fallston area that night.
