Six high-school aged students were taken to the hospital Tuesday morning after the school bus they were inside of was involved in an accident. Prince George’s County police say a car tried to pass the bus along Westphalia Road near Ritchie Marlboro Road in Upper Marlboro around 4:40 p.m. The bus then left the road, causing minor injuries. The drivers of both vehicles were also taken to the hospital, and the driver of the car has been cited for several traffic violations.
