Maryland Voter Registration Director Mary Cramer Wagner claims there is no system in place to verify the citizenship of voter registration applicants for local election boards, reports the Associated Press. A lawsuit was raised Friday by vote-fraud activists in Baltimore’s U.S. District Court who say they found evidence of registered noncitizens in Frederick County. The activists made a motion to have the voter rolls purged of noncitizens, but that was withdrawn by attorney Daniel Gray Thursday.
