American detainee released from North Korea

Jeffrey Fowle has been released from North Korea, where he was being held with two other Americans, the State Department has just announced. Spokeswoman Marie Harf confirmed that Fowle, from Miamisburg, Ohio, was leaving with negotiators from Pyongyang. Matthew Miller and Kenneth Bae remain in North Korea. North Korea uses detained Americans as leverage over nuclear and missile programs.
