President Obama plans to increase airstrikes on Islamic State long the Iraq-Syria border, according to recent conversations. The President has been discussing options with bipartisan foreign-policy experts this week. This move would be a large escalation of military response in Obama’s foreign policy plan compared to that of the rest of his administration. The president will address the country today, Wednesday evening.
