Donald Trump throws hat in the ring for 2016

Donald Trump announced his presidential candidacy on Tuesday in New York at the extravagant Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue. In his speech, the real estate mogul and ‘Apprentice’ reality show star spoke of reviving the American Dream with job creation. He also criticized both Democratic and fellow Republican candidates. According to the latest CNN/ORC poll, out of the twelve current GOP candidates, Trump is tied for tenth place at 3%. He needs to be in the top ten in order to participate in the first GOP debate on Fox News in August.
