According to Gallup’s daily tracking poll, Hillary Clinton’s public image is now at its lowest point in her 24-year political career. Clinton is viewed unfavorably by 57 percent of Americans, compared to 38 percent of Americans who view her favorably, the poll says. Clinton is now only slightly more favorable than Republican opponent Donald Trump, whose favorability rating is at 36 percent with 59 percent of Americans viewing him unfavorably. Despite low national popularity, Clinton is still popular among Democrats, with 71 percent viewing her favorably compared to 8 percent viewing her unfavorably.
