A serial bank robber, nicknamed the Forever Loyal Bandit because of the t-shirt he wore in two of his robberies, robbed the Capital One Bank at 3532 Columbia Pike on Friday afternoon and fled with an undisclosed sum. he suspect is described as a black male, between 6’0″ and 6’3″ and between 30 and 50 years of age. The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the identification of the robber.
