Indianapolis Colts linebacker D’Qwell Jackson has been arrested for assault for allegedly punching a D.C. pizza delivery driver Tuesday night. Jackson punched the 31-year-old driver in the face and in the back of the head in a heated argument over a parking spot. The delivery driver told Jackson he was going to briefly use the parking spot. Jackson lost his temper, and told driver to get out of his parking space. Jackson is the linebacker whose interception of New England Patriot’s Tom Brady pass started the controversy in regards to DeflateGate.  A spokesperson for the Colts commented that that the team is aware of Jackson’s arrest, but has nothing further to add at this point. Jackson attended the University of Maryland and played for their team, before being selected by the Cleveland Browns in the 2006 NFL draft. He played for the team up until the 2013 season. He was signed by the Colts as a free agent March 2014.
