10 dead in Moscow subway crash

Ten people have been pronounced dead and many injured have been reported after a subway train derailed in Moscow, Tuesday during rush-hour. Over 105 people were hospitalized, 50 are in grave-condition. The crash occurred after several cars left a track in a tunnel after a power surge set an alarm to go off. Moscow’s metro system is one of the world’s oldest and most extensive. This marks the 13th emergency incident on Moscow’s metro system so far this year, although no one was injured in the earlier accidents.
