Couple arrested for drugs after fighting in street

Police say a couple was arguing about money in a Crystal City street on Wednesday night and began to fight. When officers arrived, they saw marijuana and drug paraphernalia clearly visible in the couple’s rental car. Upon a search, officers found several other drugs. The woman was arrested on the charge of possession of marijuana, while the man was charged with possessing marijuana and methamphetamine, attempting to abduct the woman, domestic assault and battery, and possession of MDMA with intent to distribute.
