Fatal movie theater shooting in Louisiana

Police say that a there was shooting inside a movie theater Thursday night in Lafayette, Louisiana. A health official confirms that two are dead and nine injured in the wake of the shooting. Officers say that the shooter died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The area was locked down immediately after the shooting and Governor Bobby Jindal soon tweeted that he was on his way to Lafayette. The shooting is nearly three years after the Aurora movie theater shooting that left 12 dead and 70 wounded.
