Harford police make arrest in double homicide cold case

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office has arrested twenty-seven-year-old Bernard H. Davis on Friday for a nine-year-old double homicide in Edgewater. The victims, Lewis and Randolph Goodson, were both found shot in the head in September 2006. Because of a lack of witnesses and information, the case went cold until investigators revisited the evidence this month and traced it to Davis. The accused was served a warrant for the murders at the Harford Detention Center, where he is imprisoned for unrelated burglary charges.
