Lowe’s employees indulge customer request for no black drivers

Three managers at a Virginia Lowe’s Home Improvement store are “no longer with the company” after they took a black driver off a delivery at the request of the customer. Driver Marcus Bradley asked why he was taken off his delivery and the manager told him that it was because he was black and the customer did not want him near her home. It is unknown whether the mangers were fired or resigned. Lowes executives say that they do not accept any type of discrimination and have tried to make amends with the driver.
