Parents who kept daughter in cage charged with killing son

A couple already serving 30 years in prison each for keeping their daughter in a cage were sentenced separately for the death of their infant son. Brian Gore and his wife Shannon both received 10-year sentences in the second trial. Gloucester County police found the couple’s daughter in a cage while they were in the house after a burglary report. The investigators also discovered the baby’s remains under a shed. Brian and Shannon Gore pleaded guilty to child abuse and malicious wounding.
