‘Titanic’ composer feared dead in plane crash

Oscar-winning composer James Horner is believed to have died when his personal plane crashed in central California, killing the pilot, who was the only person on the aircraft. It is unknown whether he was flying the plane, although his family has not heard from him since the crash on Monday morning. Horner won two Oscars for his work on ‘Titanic,’ and created the score for popular films such as ‘Braveheart’ and ‘Avatar.’ The 61-year-old survived by his wife and two daughters.
