Alexandria, Virginia police are investigating a hit-and-run that occurred on Thursday morning and left a woman dead. Police spokesperson Crystal Nosal states that the woman was struck on Commonwealth Avenue and Braddock Road at about 9:20 AM. Police are uncertain about her method of travel at the moment.
