Due to freezing rain and a possibility of icy roads, all D.C. area federal agencies will not open at their usual hours, but will open instead at 11 a.m. on Monday morning, as reported by the Office of Personnel Management. Schools in Montgomery and Prince George’s counties have Monday as a scheduled day off, while schools in Alexandria, Prince William County, and Stafford County will had a two hour delay.
