The 10-days-old cease-fire order in Ukraine has been tested by allegedly hundreds of truce violations over the weekend. Ukrainian officials report nearly 300 incidents instigated by the rebels against Ukrainian military positions. The rebels report that the military has shelled civilian settlements, which the military claims was the action of the rebels. In fact, nearly 3,000 people have died since the conflict began in April. Also over the weekend, a Russian convoy entered and left Ukraine, but no details have been revealed about the intent or activity of those persons. Russia retains 25,000 troops along the border and more than 3,000 soldiers inside the country supporting the separatists, reports the Ukrainian government. Russia denies any action within the borders of Ukraine.
